I read the entire book in one sitting, and plan on reading it over and over again. It has helped me restructure my way of thinking, and focus on the truth of the Gospel, and has greatly helped to strengthen my faith in Christ. Amazing.
I highly recommend this book as a great source of a truly unique and informed way to better understand questions of faith in our modern secular world. It explores the Hebrew worldview that informed the writers of scripture as opposed to the Greek worldview that predominantly informs our current lives. It is surprisingly accessible to both academic and non-academic alike. I was introduced to these ideas a few years ago, and due to the paradigm shift it presents, have found my faith deepened and enriched ever since.
This book completely changed my perspective of religion and God--for the better. It explains important ideas clearly with real-life examples. So grateful to have found it!

Jeffrey Thayne and Ed Gantt do a fantastic job re-contextualizing the gospel from one of abstract facts to a living, breathing relationship with the Way, the Truth, and the Life of the World, Jesus Christ. I highly recommend this book to anyone who struggles with feeling like the gospel is an impersonal and cold set of data points. Let me assure you, it is most decidedly not.
