I was very excited about coloring marine life, but I got very disappointed with the quality of the paper. It is not white but sort of yellowish with a very cheap sort of newspaper texture which makes the colors difficult to absorb. Some of the pages are nice and with some level of difficulty, but some are very childish. I do not think it should be considered as an adult coloring book. I think it is mostly a disappointment. What I am doing to overcome the paper (bad) quality is to photocopy whatever page I like.
I love the style of the drawings in this book because they depict real types of fish and other sea life, but are drawn in a cutesy way. I am a huge fan of Jade Summer books and this one didn’t disappoint!
Having commercial requests for ordering or reviews on the backs of the pictures spoils this item as a potential gift. The pictures are attractive but I have never had black backed pages with advertising on them when I ordered "coloring" books. Very disappointed. Will certainly not order from them again.
This is just the cutest coloring book! I have always been fascinated with ocean and ocean life so I definitely had to buy it!! You can not go wrong with any of Jade Summer's coloring books
I like the pictures and the fact that I only have one side to color. Sometimes it’s difficult to color the second side.
I like the book, I just wish there was more detail in some of the pictures and that the paper had more tooth to it.
It's a great stress-reliever. Not overly complicated patterns. Good quality paper. Great to use with fine point Sharpies.
Fun ocean pictures to do. My grandkids like to do them too.
